Terms of Service

License
Use of Wibbix requires a valid license. A license is a key with an expiry date and is validated on login on both the website and the desktop app. When it expires, access to the licensed features stops until the license is renewed.
Acceptable use
You may only run availability checks against nodes that you own or are otherwise authorized to probe. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to check every target you configure. Do not use the service to probe systems without authorization or in any way that violates applicable law.
No warranty
The service and the software are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that availability data is accurate, complete or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
